Block Management

Islington Properties’ block management service has expanded steadily over the last few years, with most of our growth coming through referrals from existing clients.

The block management team now manages over 50 blocks located across central London.   Many of our blocks are local to our offices meaning that we can get to properties easily and regularly, hold meetings in our offices and employ local tradesmen.

There is no ‘typical building’ under management – we enjoy working on buildings that we find ‘interesting’ whether because they present challenges, need historical issues clearing up or are simply a great building in a great location.  We work for a variety of RMC and RTM companies, freeholders and developers.

Every building comes to us with issues of some sort – you wouldn’t be changing agent otherwise – so we are very good at getting those resolved as quickly as possible, and getting your building running smoothly again – making our jobs, and your lives, more straightforward!
